The expansion functions of the tablet PC.
There might be some expansion functions available on your tablet computer.
Storage expansion
Most of the LansTB tablets support external micro-SD/TF card to add more storage for the tablets. And they usually support up to 128GB TF card. With an external storage expansion function, you can save more documents, songs, and videos on the tablet computer.
Phone expansion
Most of the LansTB tablets have SIM card slots to expand mobile phone functions. Please note that the SIM cards need to be provided by the users and confirm the following 2 things before installing them on the tablet.
- The Size: there are three kinds of size (standard/micro/nano) SIM cards so far available in the market. Only the right size SIM card can be inserted into the tablet to work.
- The Network: the SIM cards can be 5G, 4G, 3G, or 2G. You need to check if the tablet is compatible with your SIM card's network and bands.
After a compatible SIM card is properly installed on a phone tablet, then you can use the tablet as a mobile phone to make/receive phone calls, send/receive messages, and connect to mobile internet.
OTG expansion
Most of the LansTB tablets have a type-C USB port, which can not only be used for charging but also for transferring data. With a type-C to standard USB OTG cable, then you can connect external USB devices, such as the keyboard, mouse, U disk, etc, with the tablet PC.
